I’m letting a double room in my flat for short let from November onwards. I have 3 cats living with me short term as well. I’m a professional and work every weekday out of the flat so it’s good for people who work from home too.
I am from Bulgaria, very tidy and respectful and as quiet as a Bulgarian can be… 😁 Party days are way behind me, don’t really like a lot of guests but don’t mind them from time to time.
The flat has absolutely everything a person could need. Location is EH5. Morrisons and Lidl 10 mins walking distance, beach 20 min walking distance and bus stops just next to the building - 20 mins to the city centre.
Rent is £800pm including bills and £500 deposit.
