I've a bright and spacious bedroom available with double loft bed ( its really not that scary! Its very comfy and sturdy).
Plenty of available space for desk set ups. etc to make the space feel your own.

The flat is located on the top floor of a tenement building next to Murieston Park. Council Tax band C.
Other amenties are a shared joint living room kitchen( with washing machine), shared bathroom with electric shower and communal back green. Parking is zoned parking (S4). There is also convenient access to major airports and train stations.

This room would suit anyone just moving to the city to get a feel for it, Edinburgh fringe performer or enthusiast, or for professionals working in and around town or mature students.

Unfortunately the property and room are not suitable for those with mobility issues ( no lift access and loft bed).

Live in landlord. I work from home a lot of the time if I'm not on the road. The flats cozy and I'm looking for a flatmate whos cool with keeping it a calm space, neat and tidy. If you're into your craft beer, whisky and coffee, and being a bit outdoorsy and maybe a bit of metal music we'll get along just fine.
