The area is quiet, green and well connected. The Royal Infirmary is around 5 minutes away and Aldi around 10 minutes away. Good bus connections to the city centre as well (around 40-50 mins by bus to the centre).
No smokers or pets.

About me: I’m a 36-year-old software engineering student currently finishing my final year at university, while also working part-time. Outside work and studies, I enjoy going to the gym, dancing, sports activities, acting and meeting friends.
I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, easy-going and considerate, who values a nice and friendly atmosphere at home. Ideally someone with a balanced lifestyle and a good sense of shared living and personal space.
