The flat is home to two friendly female students. There's a shared living room and kitchen, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. The room comes with a double bed, a desk, and a medium chest of drawers. A mirror and clothing rack are also available to negotiate on if needed.

The flat looks out over the Writer's Court and gets great daylight.

Easily reachable by foot, the flat is well connected with Bristo Square and the University of Edinburgh a 10-minute walk away, as are Princes Street and the Meadows. Grassmarket and the castle are just around the corner with easy access to some of the city's best spots.

We're looking for someone friendly and tidy. Female students preferred.
