I'm Juls a 5th year medic looking for a new flatmate. I enjoy hiking and camping and I regularly climb at the uni gym. If you climb/run/cycle/gym/do any kind of sport then I'm usually always down!

I enjoy cooking - I just bought a new Kurdish cookbook and love eating with flatmates when our schedules overlap. I love having a shared series to watch on the projector in the livingroom, me and my last flatmate devoured celebrity traitors. :)

As of August I'll be going into my final year of med school and so I will be studying a lot and would not like a loud party flat - a girls gotta pass her exams lol. That being said I am often out the flat because I'm on placement, at the gym, or meeting up with friends.

If you are not a student then the council tax would be your responsibility, there is a 25% deduction as you would be living with a student.
