Leith walk flatshare with young professional

I’m looking for someone to replace my current flatmate who will be moving out in July.

The flat is on leith walk and really handy for trams and bus links

Rent is currently 600 per month but the landlord may put this up when the lease changes, bills below-
Council tax- 74 each
Electric-32.50 each
WiFi- 15 each
The double room is fully furnished and also has built in storage.

I work Monday to Friday as an accounts assistant, I recently became AAT qualified and will start ACCA exams in September.

Looking for someone who’s relaxed and tidy, I also don’t mind guests being at the flat. Preferably not a student because of council tax increases.

I enjoy going out with friends, reading, cocktails and eating out 🩷
