Furnished double bed room available on ground floor with shared living room and toilet. The bedroom consists of a double bed with mattress, a large cupboard and draw. The room has a view of the garden. The living room is spacious and lit with garden view from front and back. The flat is centrally gas heated .

Connectivity - The flat is connected via bus network with the closest bus stop 3 mins away.

Groceries- Asda, M&S, Aldi, Iceland and Tesco as at a walking distance. Tesco 5 min walk and Aldi/Asda/M&S 15 min walk. Indian stores such as Krishna and Spice of Asia are nearby at a walking distance.

Other- The flat has a beautiful private garden space which can be utilised by the tenants. PureGym is 5 mins walk from the house. Saughton Park is 5 mins walk away as well.

Bills- The bills are included in the rent. Additional spends such as cleaning materials (Washing liquids, dish liquid, toilet paper, kitchen roll, bin liners) are not included in the bills are will be settles via SplitWise routinely.

About you- Clean and tidy individual who values the privacy of their flatmates. This is not a party flat so we prefer someone who respects that and avoids alcohol and smoking inside. No couples allowed but occasional guests can be considered upon a chat. Student or working professional. Can be working from home or office.

Current flatmates- We are a married Indian couple who have hybrid work model. Most of the days we work from home and prefer silence around the house during work hours. We like to have occasional chat with our flatmate and dinner once in a while. We like going out on the weekends and will love to have you involved in our plans :)

We are looking for Indian flatmates (females preferred, but males will be considered as well)
