I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at 200 Cowgate, a student accommodation in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town. The room is available from around 25 May 2026 until 22 August 2026.

It is a private ensuite room in a 6-bed flat, located in Flat 8 on the 2nd floor. The room is fully furnished and comes with a private bathroom, while the kitchen and living area are shared with the other flatmates. The flatmates are currently 3rd-year, 4th-year, and Master’s students, so it is a friendly student flat.

The location is very central and convenient, perfect for university and city life. It is close to the University of Edinburgh, the Royal Mile, shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport. There are also washers and dryers in the basement of the building.

Bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The full rent for the tenancy period, together with a £250 deposit, must be paid in full before the tenancy starts.

This would be ideal for a student looking for a short-term summer stay in central Edinburgh.
