Double Room with En-suite - Haymarket

I have a double room with an ensuite available in the Haymarket/Dalry area. There are good bus links (3, 33, 25, 4, 44) and tram stop is a 10 min walk away. Plenty of supermarkets, cafes and takeaways nearby too. The flat also comes with two geriatric cats who are very sweet if a little too friendly. Obviously you wouldn’t be expected to look after them, I only ask that you treat them with kindness!

I’m a full time mental health nurse and work a lot of nights therefore I would be looking for someone who doesn’t work from home please :)

I’m friendly, tidy and sociable though I prefer my own space following work due to the long hours/demands of the job.

You can usually find me on my nights off with a glass of wine listening to music and reading a book. I’m pretty social with my friends though I rarely have people round the flat and prefer meeting people out and about though I’m chill if you like having people over.

Sometimes when I’m a few glasses of wine deep the notion to smoke a few cigarettes out the window takes over me but I try not to make a habit of it.
