Room for rent available in Dalry. I’m moving out of the flat and am looking for someone to replace me.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, cupboard, and chest of drawers. (Kindly note the long mirror and white desk seen in the pictures are not included as part of the property).

Lidl: 4 minute walk
Co-op: 6 minute walk
Haymarket train station: 13 minute walk.

A little about my current flatmate:
‘I am professional who will be busy at work most days so would like to come home to a quiet, clean place and would appreciate someone who can respect this.
I like my own space but is more than happy to hang out every now and then.’

Monthly costs are split equally as follows:
Internet: £30.49p. m
Council Tax: £166.22p. m
Gas & Electricity: +-£90p. m
Stair cleaning: £16.25 (paid every 3 months)

Total cost: +-£800p. m
