Amazing room for few months stay.

Hi everyone 👋 I am renting a beautiful and spacious double bedroom (25m2) 😊 The flat is freshly renovated, fully furnished, nice size kitchen and a modern bathroom. Brand new bathtub and toilet. Pictures are a little outdated that's why I encourage arrange to arrange viewing or video cal to see it properly. Also it's great occasion to meet my lovely flatmates. Update on photos just on 23.06 due to long working hours.
Private back and front garden. Tidy and Spacious...great for barbecue and/or exercise and getting sun. Parking space right behind the flat in private driveway.
Not to far to Cramond beach(10min), close by Morrisons supermarket and gym.
We have a great bus connection to the city centre. Best one it's 29 and 37. The bus takes 15-20 minutes to get to Princess Street.
On the way you have Western General Hospital Stockbridge area(8min).
I am looking for someone to stay between July-October. I can be flexible about dates and price with right candidate.
It's not a house for parties just a place to call home.
We like to keep the place clean and tidy. We all are very social and friendly but respect each other's personal space. No one in the house drink or smoke.
