Double Room Available in Granton Flat

The flat is located less a 10 minute walk from Morrisons, and about a half hour bus from town. There is a balcony facing the sea, it is also very short distance from a number of beaches. It is Council Tax Band C, and total bills including council tax come out to about £120 monthly per person. The building has street parking as well as private unground parking, there is also a gym included in with rent available to residents.

I am a 23 year old vegetarian who would love to find another vegetarian to live with to swap recipes with. I love languages, music and baking. I currently work full time in the city centre and volunteer too. I am a pretty quiet person who enjoys a night in watching a film especially horror or playing a board game.

My current flatmate is looking to move out in the upcoming months so the room is looking to be available in early summer.

Looking for a long term flatmate only, the room is not available short term.
