Room to Rent during the fringe

Lovely flat with room to rent during the Fringe. Close to the city center with buses, tram, shops around and in a quiet area.

Possibility to go in and out as you wish, guests are not allowed but the flat is equipped. You have the kitchen, living room and bathroom available to share with me. Possibility to use the front garden for chilling and great for a wee lunch.

I speak French and English so happy to give you some recommendations. Please note that im living with my dog Mars, so you need to make space for this short king who loves a biscuit and a cuddle.
