I’m looking for somebody to move in to my two-bed flat as my current flatmate is sadly leaving.
The flat is in Blackford - it’s a nice, quiet area right by the hill, where you can easily walk or get the bus to other parts of the city. My flatmate is moving at the end of this month, but the exact date can be flexible. Rent is £665 a month and bills are about £80, and it’s Council Tax Band D, which comes to £840 a month total. The flat is really lovely, it’s small but super cosy and gets really great light.
A little about me: I’m 24, from Manchester, and I work full time in childcare. I love reading, baking, movies and crafts. I enjoy being social, especially a relaxed vibe (love a games night or a pub quiz), but I also appreciate my own space as well. I’d love to find somebody who would be a friend as well as a flatmate!
