Double room in Marchmont

Hi Everyone!
I’m posting my current room, it’s located on the first floor in Marchmont Road, very close to the meadows.
Unfortunately I have to move out due to personal reasons, but I love this room and this flat so hopefully can find someone who enjoys it as well.
The room is pretty big, with big windows (double glazed) and a view towards the garden. The flat also has gas central heating.
There’s a mix of professional and students, so with council tax and bills everything rounds to be close to 800£ per month.
We’re 4 people in the flat and we share a kitchen/common area and a toilet.
The general vibe of the flat is really chill, we share lots of common stuff, and we enjoy chatting and socializing every now and then but also very respectful of others.
Please send me a short message about yourself if you’re interested! And since spareroom is so expensive these days I’ll also check if someone hearts this add and has a active ad profile, hopefully that way we can work things out.
