Description
Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my studio at Norton’s Student Living for the upcoming academic year.
📍Apartment Name: Norton’s Student Living
📍Room Type: Studio (private kitchen + bathroom)
📍Tenancy Length: 44 weeks (5th Sept. 2026 -> 10th July 2027)
📍Rent: £265/week (all bills included)
📍Bonus: I’m willing to cover 10% of the rent as a thank you to whoever takes over the tenancy!
The Room:
The studio is really spacious and in excellent condition since the accommodation is only around 3 years old. You get your own private kitchen and bathroom, and there’s plenty of space for extra furniture/storage. I comfortably fit an IKEA armchair and a full-sized keyboard in mine. All appliances are modern and work perfectly, and the room is very clean and well-maintained.
The Accommodation:
The building has great facilities, including:
• Gym
• Cinema room
• Dining hall
• Lounge/study spaces
The Location:
Abbeyhill is super convenient with great bus links to both the George Square campus and Princes Street. Holyrood Park is just down the road, which is perfect for walks/runs, and there’s a large retail park (Sainsbury’s, Lidl, etc) around 5 minutes away with supermarkets, shops, appliances, and basically anything you might need.
I stayed here during my second year and was planning to stay again for my fourth year, so I can honestly say I had a really good experience living here.
If you’re interested or would like more info/photos/videos, feel free to send me an email or whatsapp!
Thanks :)
