Large double room available in a freshly decorated 2 bedroom flat. The room is available to couples and you will be sharing the flat with only one other person, a single 40 y/o professional. All bills are included in the rent, couple - 985, single - 785

It is literally being decorated as I type and the new furniture hasn't arrived yet so I haven't taken a picture of the living room nor kitchen but they are both very spacious, adequate and comfortable.

Asda is right around the corner and there is a bus stop right outside the door. The gym is within walking distance and the canal/water of Leith are right beside the flat too.

The room is available to anybody regardless of age/gender/sexuality/profession etc. Ideally I am looking for a long term tenant who is interested in staying for at least 6 months but preferably a year or more.
