Bedroom (with queen sized bed) with own bathroom

Bills for gas and electricity, and wifi are not included in the rent, but come up to roughly £55 per person monthly.
Please note that the flat originally came unfurnished. All furniture and other items are mine or are the previous flatmate's that they decided to leave behind.
The flat is on the 2nd floor (lift available).

Located within walking distance of Elm Row, with multiple buses and tram access.
Bedroom is a single room with a built-in closet and a queen-sized bed. Please note no other furniture are included in the bedroom! The ensuite bathroom is actually the main bathroom, but the main bedroom (my room) has its own ensuite, so each flatmate has their own bathroom.
The flat has 2 storage cupboards, but one of them can be used as extra private storage if needed. Shared living space with a desk for your use, and a balcony.
Kitchen is fully stocked, with a washing/dryer machine combo, and a dishwasher.

I am looking for a flatmate who is tidy and considerate. LGBTQ+ are very welcome as I am LGBTQ+ myself. I am open to students over the age of 25, or professionals.
I am a disabled part-time student. I'm not the cleanest, but I make it a point to keep common areas neat and tidy, and I am quite independent. I prefer to live with someone who is friendly and would be open to conversation as I tend to feel like a stranger in my own home otherwise.
I have lived in Edinburgh for almost 13 years now, and I am fluent in English, French and Swedish.
