Room to rent in West End Edinburgh

Large double bedroom in a two bedroom flat with en-suit bathroom. Flat is located in a perfect location. Close to Stockbridge, 5 mins walk from George street and West end of Princes Street. There are also bus stops right outside the flat that go directly to Edinburgh University.

My current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take her place. I am an Architecture student at the University of Edinburgh and have just completed my undergraduate and will be starting my Masters in September. I’m looking for a flat-mate who is warm and friendly whilst also being very clean and tidy. Outside of this, I love to keep fit and enjoy going to the gym, running, and walking around the city. I also really enjoy cooking and cafe hopping.
