Room in very central location availble 2.5 mnths

I'm away over the summer (from mid-July until end of September) so my room will be available over the fringe and into September. Looking for someone only available for the above dates (slightly negotiable) to stay in my very green (lots of plants), bright, clean flat in very central Edinburgh. Close to popular Bruntsfield, the canal and just 15 minutes walk to the castle. I have a flatmate already living in the flat who works shift so looking for someone respectable and tidy to stay.

King sized bed, plenty of storage. Shared bathroom. Brand new kitchen in past year. New double glazing.
