Central and spacious flat in Edinburgh

Hello - we are a friendly group of four students looking to find a flatmate! The flat is available from 26/06, though we will be moving in a month from then. Your costs and deposit will be covered until late August, so no paying over the summer!
All the rooms are large with double beds, a great kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet.
We study Politics, History, and Acoustics and Music Tech. We also have one non-student, but you will not be required to pay council tax.
We are outgoing, friendly, and clean, so get in touch you are looking for a group that has fun (but will of course respect your space and time).
