Beautiful room available in the heart of Edinburgh

I’m looking for someone to take over my room as soon as possible.

The room is in a very central and convenient area of Edinburgh, close to lovely green spaces and beautiful gardens. It’s also very well connected, around 5 minutes’ walk from McDonald Road tram stop, with easy access to the city centre and other areas.

The room would be ideal for someone respectful, tidy and reliable who is looking for a calm and well-located place to live.

I want to be fully transparent: the room is available very soon, but the official change with the letting agency may take a little time, possibly around one month. During that time, everything would need to be handled properly and the agency would be notified.
