The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chest of drawers.

You’ll have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.

The flat is in a fantastic location, just a 20 minute walk from the city centre. There are bus stops at both ends of the street, and Haymarket station, with excellent tram and rail connections, is only a 10 minute walk away.

Rent is £470 per month, with bills averaging around £85 per month.

You’ll be sharing with Teagan, a friendly working professional who enjoy a relaxed and respectful home environment. I’m looking for people who are clean, considerate and looking for a place to call home rather than just somewhere to stay. Long term stay preferred.
