2x Double room in Newington in Amazing Location

We’re looking for two students to take over two rooms in Newington (South Clerk Street) from September onwards. Preferably, we’d like postgraduate students. We require a UK guarantor (someone else who earns at least £26k a year). Please don’t message us if you can’t provide this.

The location is amazing with a 5 minute walk to groceries and 10 minute walk to the university. The bills are usually around £35 a month.
The flat has a kitchen, separate living room, shower and separate toilet. You’ll be living with 3 other girls (1x PhD, 1x masters, 1x undergrad), we’re all social and have flat dinners all the time :))
