I’m renting my two-bedroom flat out during August for the fringe. Located just off bustling Easter Road, the flat is walking distance from Edinburgh old town, new town, and Leith/the shore. The tram stop is a short walk away. Local amenities are on the doorstep, with Lidl a two-minute walk away and plenty of pubs and restaurants on Leith Walk. The flat is spacious and cosy, with a large living room, box room (bar), bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, king-sized master bedroom and spare double bedroom/study. WiFi and bills included in the price.
