Spare room in August

Hi there,

My partner and I have a spare room in the centre of Edinburgh available to rent for the month of August.

**Important**
For licensing reasons room would need to be someone's main or only residence. So would suit someone who has just moved to Edinburgh but struggling to find August accommodation but not someone who is just visiting for the festival with another residence.

Room is large double with shared bathroom available 26th July - 28th August - so only for 1 month (and can't be any less than 1 month)

Flat is on Heriot Row, heart of new town with access to private gardens. Central - 5 mins from Stockbridge, 10 mins from Waverley Station and good transport links to everywhere.

Flatmates are myself, and partner Julia, both 29 year old Scottish doctors who are social and outgoing but will be working shift work over the month too. We'd be keen to meet new people and go explore the fringe on days off.
