One room available for one person in a two bed flat on Bonnington Road, EH6 5FH.

The flat is on the third floor with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.

Available to move in from the 1st of August. Rent is £650 per month payable to me on the 1st of each month. Bills are currently approx £175 per month per person, my name is on all of the bills so this would need to be sent to me with the monthly rent. If you work from home the cost of bills will likely increase. Must be able to start paying rent on the 1st of August.

The flat is partly furnished by the landlord partly furnished by me, but I am happy to share all of my furniture, cooking equipment, crockery etc, as well as use of my TV subscriptions (Netflix, prime, Disney). All furniture in your bedroom is property of the landlord and is included in the rent. Picture 3 and 4 would be your room.

The flat has a large fridge freezer, washing machine, lift and balcony. The dishwasher does NOT work and has been disconnected, the landlord does not intend to replace it. Also has a car park, I’ve paid for two 1 year permits and two visitor permits.

About me:
26 year old female care home manager. I enjoy the gym, travelling, cooking, reading, hiking and karaoke. I’m often away at weekends and am out at work 8am-4pm.

My ideal flat mate:
Fairly clean and tidy, quiet during night hours (I’m a light sleeper), relaxed and easy to get on with.

Ideal location - 25 minute walk to Waverley, 10 minute walk to Leith walk. Closest gym 5 minute walk, closest supermarket 10 minute walk, closest park 5 minute walk.
