Room to let for fringe festival

A large room for rent during the fringe. Most of August the roo would be available, I currently live there but I doubt we will really see each other as I am in and out of the flat a lot travelling for work.

A comfortable flat in Prestonfield, one of Edinburgh's quieter south-side neighbourhoods, but with the whole city within easy reach. You're right beside Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat — perfect for morning walks up to the summit — with the Royal Commonwealth Pool and the University's Pollock Halls just around the corner.
Ideal for the Festival. The Old Town's Fringe venues are around a 25 minute walk, and the big University hubs at George Square and Bristo Square — plus the Pleasance — are even closer.
The number 14 stops moments from the door and runs straight into the centre past the Commonwealth Pool and up to South Bridge, dropping you right in the heart of the Fringe. The 33 also runs from Prestonfield Avenue, and Dalkeith Road — a couple of minutes' walk — is a major bus corridor with frequent services into town and out towards the Royal Infirmary and Cameron Toll.
Quiet, well-connected and genuinely walkable to the action — a great base for the Festival .
