Hi there! We are looking for a flatmate for the month of August to fill a spacious double bedroom, fully furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, plenty of storage and a large desk.
Our flat is the perfect stay for fringe-goers, just a 15 minute walk from the Royal Mile, and the meadows on our doorstep - the city's favourite park!
About your flatmates: You will be staying with two young women, myself and Sammie, approaching our 3rd year of University in Edinburgh. We are a sociable pair, but always respect our neighbours and each other's privacy and quiet time. We love to cook and bake, to create art, to enjoy nature and make friends!
Though we aren't picky, respect is a necessity in a flatmate. Please make sure to leave our shared spaces clean after use, and respecting noise levels after 23:00 for the sake of our neighbours. Other than that, we are flexible, and more than happy to be as sociable or quiet as you need.
The flat will be marked at £900 pcm, but if you're interested in a shorter stay, we are happy to negotiate reasonable prices. High-speed WiFi is included, as well as all other bills. Our flat comes with plenty of amenities, including a washing machine and dryer, kitchen necessities, shower and bath, direct garden access with clothes line and garden furnishings, etc.
