Hey! I’ve got a double room coming up in my 2-bed flat in Dalry and I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in.

About me:
I’m 25 and work as a mechanical engineer. I’m in the office 5 days a week so I don't work from home. Outside of work, I play in a band, love finding new music, and head out to gigs whenever I can. I’m also a big film/TV fan, love to read on a quiet night in, and am big into sports—whether that’s watching whatever's on TV, playing golf, or hitting the Meadows for football or tennis when the weather behaves.

The vibe:
I’m looking for a like-minded person who wants a proper home, not just a room to hide away in. It’d be great to find someone to hang out with—whether that’s catching a movie, heading to gigs, or grabbing a pint. I’m no clean freak, but I like to keep the place tidy, and I’m happy to share flat stuff as long as we respect each other's things.

The flat & location:
The Flat: Don't worry about main road noise—the living room is triple-glazed (keeps it warm and quiet), and the bedrooms face the back overlooking a quiet (if slightly overgrown) garden.

Perks: Right on Dalry Road with tonnes of great restaurants, plus Lidl, Co-op, and Fountain Park (cinema/gym/bowling) all a 5-minute walk away.

Transport: A short walk to Haymarket station/trams, and excellent bus routes (2, 3, 4, 25, 33, 44) right outside.

Car Parking: There is local S4 Permit Parking around the flat. I have a car and don't find it too hard to find a space.
There is also a Voi bike parking zone right across the road.
