My spare room will be available for the last week of the Fringe Festival :)
I'm just in Leith - 10 min walk to Leith Walk, 30 min walk to Waverley and on the 7 and 14 bus route so a bus every 5 mins.
Room is a double also has a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and mirror.
(Can also provide towels and bedding too)
I'm a 31 year old professional who works in the arts so don't think I'll be in all that much over the Fringe :)
