Looking for a replacement tenant in a joint tenancy as I have moved out. Double room right next to the University of Edinburgh and close to the city centre, great transport links and many shops surrounding.

Will be sharing with 4 other flatmates, they are a mix of students and professionals and are friendly, tidy, and courteous.

Suitable for students or professionals, although students will be expected to take over my share of the council tax. Rent is £538.50/month and council tax is £60/month, utilities are usually around £30. A deposit of £530 will also be required.


Letting agency requires either a UK guarantor or 2 months rent upfront to secure the property.
