Large double bedroom on the Mile

Hi, I'm Saanvi :]
My lovely flatmate is moving back home so I'm looking for a cool flatmate to take her place 🙂‍↕️

Our flat is very central, located basically on High Street. Other bits to know about the flat:

- Located on the 1st floor.
- A spacious and airy living room (which overlooks the Mile) that can easily seat 10 people, with a gorgeous stone wall interior and a fireplace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, with a big fridge, an oven, gas hobs, an air fryer (I know!), and other bits and bobs (including a washing machine).
- A shared bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

It's right next to the Chocolatarium, and very well connected. An 8 minute walk to Waverley train station, and 6 mins from South Bridge bus stop which offers connectivity city-wide.

The bus stop closest to the flat is Museum of Childhood, where you can catch service 35.

The letting agency is Rettie - they are quite active and helpful with any repair and/or maintenance issues!

As such, you'll be situated centrally and always be near the hustle and bustle of the mile :)

£725 pcm
£28 for WiFI - EE works great!
£70ish for gas and electricity - with Octopus Energy
Council tax: Band D

About the room advertised:
- King size bed
- Desk and chair
- Bed-side storage drawers
- Decent wardrobe storage

The flat is a queer-friendly environment. I am a clean and tidy person and am looking for someone who would maintain the same. I'm a social person and always down to hang (and catch a movie on our projector 😸).

Ideally preferring a female flatmate but anyone is welcome! Just be queer friendly!!!
