We have a lovely furnished double room available in a spacious five-bedroom flat in central Newington. The flat is in an excellent location, just a two-minute walk from the Meadows, with great public transport links, supermarkets, independent shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.

The flat has a large open-plan kitchen and living room, two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bath—and a shared garden. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine and dining table. The living area has two very comfortable sofas and a large south-facing window.

The room is Bedroom 5 on the floor plan and comes furnished with:

- A wardrobe
- A desk
- Windows overlooking the garden

Rent: £650 per month
Deposit: £700
Bills: Not included and currently around £60 per month, covering gas, electricity and Wi-Fi.

We are looking for someone tidy, relaxed and friendly who would like to help make the flat feel like a home. As this is a long-term let, we are ideally looking for a student who plans to stay for a longer period.
