Large room in 2 bed flat overlooking Holyrood park

Hi,
I’m John, a 30 year old post grad and I’m looking for someone to take over current flatmate’s tenancy.
The flat is top floor in a lovely area with beautiful views of Holyrood park and Arthur’s seat. It’s a good sized, bright and airy flat, with three bedrooms, a kitchen and separate living room with dining area. The room available is a large double.
l am finishing my masters in September but staying on in Edinburgh as I love living here. I’m easy going and quite clean and tidy. Sociable and friendly. Looking for someone similar to share with. Ideally someone who is sociable, up for doing stuff together and sharing space. And who is tidy and just nice :)
