Spare Room in Stockbridge!

Hi my name is Alex and I am needing to replace my flatmate who will be moving out.

The flat is in the heart of Stockbridge and very lovely. It is on the bottom floor of a flat complex with a communal garden! The room you could be renting has a double bed, wardrobe and some other storage spaces. It is bigger than the one I stay in so preferably you could pay more rent (£50-70 more) however we can discuss that fully at a later date!
The communal spaces include a bathroom with a spacious shower, a kitchen-living room with a fireplace and sofa. The kitchen storage is slightly lacking however can fit two people’s stuff nicely
