Room's up for grabs in our 3 bed flat on Dunedin Street. It's a big attic room with two skylight windows so gets loads of light, plus rooftop views. Comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit and mirror.

Flat's across two floors with 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is a bedroom and bathroom (that's Lewis's, self contained so plenty of privacy). Upstairs the two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and a separate bath.

Kitchen's fully kitted out, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, air fryer, microwave, etc. Living room's separate with a TV so you're not stuck eating dinner in front of the kitchen sink.

Wifi is fibre, over 1200mbps, and it's included along with council tax and bills. Rent is £700 a month, due on the 1st, no hidden extras.

Location's great, on the main bus routes into town, 15 min walk to Stockbridge, Tesco and Aldi both under 5 mins away, Summit Fitness gym just round the corner, and The Powder Room pub literally next door. There's permit parking outside too if you drive, pretty cheap for the year.

A bit about us: I'm Sascha, 23, work as a Business Development Manager for a luxury accommodation company. Into the gym, hiking, camping, and like going out for a few drinks. Have a car, girlfriend's down in London so I'm back and forth a fair bit or she's up here.

Lewis is 27, works in pensions advisory, WFH a few days a week and has a desk set up in his room. Pretty quiet, keeps to himself.

Looking for a young professional or Masters student, sorry no undergrads. Ideally someone social and up for getting out and about.
