Double room in new town

Hiya,
My flatmate is moving out at the beginning of September so I’m looking for her replacement.

The room is fully furnished and faces out to the communal garden.

You’d be living with me, I manage a bookshop in town and moved up to Edinburgh in January. I work 5 days a week and am looking for another professional.
Ideally looking for someone I can get along with and hopefully hang out with whilst also respecting our space.

The flat is nice and big (you get used to the tiny kitchen) also pretty quiet. Great location and only a 20 minute walk into town.
