• Two double bedrooms, one bathroom, living area, and a fully equipped kitchen

• Bathroom is fitted with a large bathtub 
• Free on-street parking available 
• Quiet, safe neighbourhood with excellent amenities

• Female, working professional (for council tax purposes) 
• Proactive about cleanliness (no dishes left out for too long, regularly taking out trash and emptying garbage bins when full, shared spaces tidied after every use - especially kitchen and bathroom) 
• Is respectful and values a quiet, peaceful home 
• Doesn’t host large gatherings or frequent guests
 
🚫 Additional Notes: 
• No smoking, no pets, and no house parties as required by the landlord
• The flat is quiet during the week – ideal if you also work from home or enjoy a calm environment
