Large double Room in Newington, Edinburgh

Hello!
My name is Emma and I am looking for someone to take my place in a 5 bed flat in Newington after I have made the decision to leave the University of Edinburgh.

The room itself is medium sized double bedroom- equipped with double bed, mirror, desk among other furniture. It has large bright windows looking out onto the quiet street below. (All pictures we have are from the listing so, which doesn't include a picture of this room so I am contacting the landlord to ask for one).

The flat is large and has two floors, two bathrooms (one upstairs and one down) and a spacious kitchen/ living room. It also has a spare room with a sofa bed and access to a shared garden.

It is located in Newington, and roughly a 10 minute walk to the George Square campus. It is an ideal location in the city with access to bus routes, shops, the meadows, Holyrood park and pubs all close by.

The flat is occupied by 4 other girls- and therefore a future tenant would preferably be female. They are lovely, friendly, clean and welcoming people who will welcome you into their flat! Between them they study, biomedical sciences, Social anthropology, Fine Art and Philosophy and Spanish are going into their second year at Edinburgh University.

The photos are from the listing with the landlord but no not do this property justice- it is a beautiful, spacious flat that I am sad to miss out on!
