The monthly rent includes all bills.
There is an excellent range of local amenities: a good selection of local shops and post office services. A variety of recreational facilities are within walking distance in the surrounding area, including Nuffield Health Club. The Corn Exchange Leisure village and Craiglockhart Sports Centre. Napier University, Heriot Watt University and the University of Edinburgh are all easily accessible. The property has excellent bus services.

The Lodger:
The property will suit a quiet, considerate and organised professional female, post graduate or researcher.
Prefer the lodger not to hold large gatherings or frequent guests and is proactive about cleanliness.
The lodger will be responsible for keeping their own rooms and shared facilities in a clean condition.

About us:
Semi retired professionals. Both working at home or in town centre. We value a friendly, quiet, peaceful and hygienic living space. We have a cat who is kept to our end of the home.
