Bright Double Room in Friendly, Stylish Flat

A bright, spacious double room is becoming available in a beautiful, fully furnished flat with high ceilings, large windows and plenty of natural light. The flat has a cosy living room with a fireplace, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining space, and lots of plants that make it feel warm, calm and homely.

The room is furnished with everything shown in the photos. There’s plenty of storage and enough space to comfortably work from home if needed.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and easy-going, and who wants to live in a home rather than just rent a room. It would be great to find someone who’s up for cooking together or sharing a drink every now and then, but who also values their own space and independence. Ideally you’re open-minded, communicative and happy to do your bit to keep the flat tidy.

A little about me: I enjoy yoga, bouldering, meditation, playing guitar, cooking with friends and a bunch of other things :) I’m fairly social and enjoy having a good balance between spending time together and doing my own thing.

I’d love to live with someone I genuinely get on with and build a good friendship with over time. Whether that’s cooking dinner together, catching up over a cup of tea after work, heading to the pub occasionally, or simply having a chat in the kitchen, I’m hoping to find someone who wants to create a home together rather than just share a flat. At the same time, I think it’s important that we both have our own space and independence when we need it.
