Double bedroom available in Newington Flat

I am a medical student going into 5th year looking for a flat mate. Move in date is flexible.
There is a double bedroom available with its own bathroom, shared living room and kitchen in the 2 bedroom flat I am renting.
The location is great with easy access to both the main library (10mins walk), Meadows (5mins walk), King’s Buildings and good transport links to New Town.
The rent is £800 bills not included, there is fast broadband in the flat.
I am ideally looking for another student (for council tax reasons).

I currently have a cat but there is a possibility that she’ll have to go live with my family.
