Room for Rent - Polwarth

Hi! I'm moving out and my room will be available from the beginning of October.

It's a 4 bedroom flat with one shared bathroom and a well equipped kitchen and living room. The flat has a great location with several bus stops right outside the door and access groceries stores nearby.

We try to keep an equal gender ratio (currently two guys and two girls) so will be looking for another girl to replace me.

We will be looking for professionals or mature students only to match the existing household of professionals/ PhD students. hoping for someone keen to stay for the longer term.

Bills aren't included in the rent but usually come to under £100 per month.
