Hello! Flatmates wanted! :) I'm looking for two people to join me in a ground-floor 3-person flat next to King's Buildings from the 1st September.

I'm a 29 year old male grad student finishing a PhD in evolutionary genetics, and looking for fellow students for council tax purposes. Both of my housemates have graduated and are moving out, so I'm ideally looking for people to take over for the next year or longer.

- Rent is £590 per month, bills an additional £30-60 depending on time of year
- Both rooms have double beds and some storage space
- The flat is right next to King's Buildings campus, a 5 minute walk, so perfect if you're based there
- 20 minute bus ride to central Edinburgh with bus stop next to the flat
- Within walking/cycle distance of Cameron Toll shopping centre
- Shared garden, and front patio where you can keep a bike
- Easy parking in the area
- The flat is a 3-person HMO managed by an agency, so unfortunately no couples, pets or (indoor) smokers
- Council Tax Band E (though ideally looking for students)

A bit about me, my hobbies are taking walks on Blackford Hill, reading and gaming. I'm easygoing, enjoy a chat and also respect other's need for space. Any questions please ask :)
