Double room available in quiet flat: end of August

Hi there,

My flat mate is sadly leaving at the end of August and I am looking for someone to replace her in a new, long-term joint tenancy.

About the flat:
It’s a small two-bed, but very centrally located flat in EH3 near the Meadows. Monthly rent for your double room is £670, with your share of bills (council tax, energy and broadband) coming to approximately £142.50 monthly. The flat falls in council tax band C. You will also need to pay a deposit of £670, which will be lodged by the landlord with SafeDeposits Scotland.

About myself:
I’m a 30 year-old climate resilience finance professional from Barbados and I’ve been living and working in Edinburgh for the last 4 years. I work 100% remotely, so my preference would be to find someone that works outside the flat full time or even hybrid for at least 3 days per week. Ideally, I’m looking for another female, young professional around my age, but I’m open to PhD students if willing to split council tax.
