Double Bedroom in 3 Bedroom Flat, Newington

Hey, we’re looking for someone to take on the extra bedroom in our 3 bedroom flat share. Our flat is a 5 minute walk from University of Edinburgh main campus as well as the Royal Mile. You’d be living with two girls and a guy, we’ve all known each other for a few years and socialise as a flat a few times a month. We’ve all got very different schedules with two of us being graduates and one is still a student (yet all the same age) so we socialise when possible but are also happy to do our own things. As our friend is moving out, we’d be looking for someone to join the lease rather than subletting (preferably with a UK guarantor). Any questions please reach out!
