Large bright furnished double room in quiet flat. Will have access to shower room large kitchen with sofa area and TV. Main living room is kept for myself as I work shifts and like quiet down time. There is outdoor area and space to dry washing. On street parking available. It's close to city so can walk cycle or catch several busses. Close to Leith walk where there are lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. Is very handy for several supermarkets. Looking for someone who is easy going helps keep common areas tidy and just chill to get on with.
