Friendly flatmate wanted – Hawkhill Close

Hi everyone! We’re looking for a friendly replacement tenant for a spacious room in a relaxed flat on Hawkhill Close. The room is available now, and viewings can be arranged.
The room and flat
• Large main bedroom with a big window and open views
• The room is currently unfurnished
• A double air bed, pillows and a duvet are available for temporary use
• Your own separate toilet and washbasin
• Shared shower
• Rent: £750 per month, excluding council tax and bills
Location
• Around 10 minutes from local supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s
• Around 15 minutes from Leith Walk and its cafés
• Around 20 minutes from the city centre by bus
Who you’ll be living with
You’ll be sharing with a friendly, easy-going 24-year-old newly qualified occupational therapist. He’s a good communicator and enjoy listening to people’s stories and sharing his own.
His interests include badminton, long walks, picnics, cosy games, board games, languages and—most importantly—cats!
He speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin, as well as some Japanese and Korean. He’s also learning Scottish Gaelic on Duolingo and hope to start taking lessons soon.
Who he’s looking for
He’ll ideally like to live with someone who is:
• Friendly, considerate and easy to communicate with
• A non-smoker
• Not a big party person and generally enjoys a peaceful home
• Preferably male and around 19–30
• Open to occasionally spending time together while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space
