Double Room in Abbeyhill

Hi!

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my flat in Abbeyhill from the end of September (although I’m happy to be flexible for the right person).

The room is a bright, furnished double with a built-in wardrobe, desk, and chest of drawers, so there’s plenty of storage and space to make it your own!

The flat is in a great location: around a 10-minute walk from Lidl, Sainsbury’s, B&M and other local shops, with Meadowbank Sports Centre nearby and bus links into the city centre. There’s also a residents’ car park, and you can apply for a parking permit if needed.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly flatmates (M22 and F22) who both work in hospitality. They’re sociable and easy-going, but also respectful of each other’s space. We are looking for someone who’ll be a good fit for the flat’s relaxed atmosphere.

Rent is £650 per month, excluding bills (usually around £50 a month)
